After watching the video,I learnt that people with flaws should not be treated as "abnormal" being.Although they are not perfect,they should be treated the same because not everyone in this world is perfect.They may have flaws,they still have the courage to pick up where they left and continue till they finish strong.I truly admire those people because not everyone can have such a spirit to achieve great results.
